As a Community Manager, you’ll lead the daily sales & operations of one of our flexible workspaces, driving both client satisfaction and commercial performance. You’ll oversee a vibrant community, deliver 5-star service, and take ownership of workspace sales, client onboarding, and retention. From managing enquiries to closing deals and organising events, you’ll ensure every aspect of the client journey is seamless. A hands-on leader, you’ll also work with central teams across marketing, HR, and finance to continuously improve your centre.
As a Community Associate, you'll be the welcoming face of our centres, creating a vibrant, professional environment where clients feel at home. You’ll handle everything from reception and admin support to event planning and workspace presentation. Working closely with your manager, you’ll also help showcase the space to potential clients, coordinate community events, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone customer-focused, organised, and ready to grow, with the confidence to step up when needed.
